Acting Classes in Sacramento
The Actor’s Workshop of Sacramento offers continuing weekly drop-in, private, and group acting classes for adults, teens, and kids. A children’s theater camp is offered during the summer. Please contact us for the latest class and fee schedules.
Adult Scene Study Class
No appointment is necessary for this continuing, weekly, drop-in class.
When: Wednesdays, 7:30 p.m. (usually until about 10 p.m.)
Fee: $20
Teen Acting Workshop
Enrollment by the month. Contact the Actor’s Workshop to enroll.
When: Mondays 6-8 p.m.
Fee: Please call
Private Acting Classes
For adults, teens, and children. By appointment. Can be tailored to the student’s schedule and interests. Focuses on developing and enhancing the student's imagination, creativity and performance skills. Please contact us for more information.
Kids and Teens Summer Acting Camp
2010Note: The acting camp is located at 1616 Del Paso Blvd. in Sacramento.
Three, 2-week sessions for Kids 7-12 and Teens 13-18.
Kids: Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm, July 5- July 16
Performance 5:30pm July 16
Teens: Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm, July 19- July 30
Performance 5:30pm July 30
Kids: Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm, August 2 - August 13
Performance 5:30pm August 13Camp taught by Edward Claudio, winner of the
Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission Arts Educator AwardThe cost is $350 per child, with discounts for 2 or more children and for attendance in both kids camps.
